All it takes is contacting us! You’ve done a little preparing and are now ready to see how we can best help you. Here are our next steps in the process….

gather preliminary info. We want to learn more about you and your project! We like to read over your answers to the questionnaire, then contact you and a schedule a time to meet with you.

meet and greet. We find it is always best to discuss your project in person and see your space first hand. We’ll discuss your needs more in depth, have a Q&A, take photos of your space, and let you know more about our company and how we can help.

the game plan. After meeting with you, we evaluate what we have learned about your project, then we come up with the best plan and service structure to complete your goals.

proposal, estimate, contract. We will draft a design & process proposal for you to review based on what services we will feel will best fit your needs. This makes sure we are on the same page. We also discuss investment and schedule estimates and draft a contract based on our agreements. All work is officially started with a signed agreement and retainer for your project.
